With the exception of having to turn airdrop receiving off, since I don't use it. That's the only minor quirk i've had. Doing this also brought back about the same battery life I've gotten with ios As far as crashes, hangs, etc nothing major here, and nothing on a consistent basis.
Installed ios The iPhone, and iPad are the main devices I use, and both also run very smooth, haven't noticed any kind of slow downs.
Tim27 Oct 4 The new Music app is absolutely horrible. I thought the last version was bad. To make things even worse, it will play that music when I hit shuffle even though it's not on my iPhone. That means it's being transferred through my cell data. As far as I can tell there's no way to turn that off because I have cell data for Music turned off and it's still playing songs not on my iPhone even when no WiFi is available.

And the way this is currently solved is embarrassing for apple considering they claim to respect users privacy decisions.
When signing in with an apple id, iCloud automatically becomes enabled - without asking the user and no way of opting out. Then a ton of iCloud services are enabled by default like contacts, calendar, location sharing.
As a user who cares about their data and privacy I find this highly bewildering. Logging out of the apple id then disables icloud. But also prevents the new 2 factor authentication mechanism to be used. This is not at all implemented in a user- and privacy-friendly way. I wish apple had done a more thorough job. App Store was crashing and on when it didn't crash just showed a blank white screen.
